California High School Basketball - River Valley fells Rio Linda

December 2, 2023: Yuba City, CA 95993

River Valley Falcons (Yuba City, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA), 71-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, River Valley upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Falcons travel to Chico (Chico, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Chico lost 61-51 in their recent non-league bout against Woodcreek (Roseville, CA)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Roseville Tigers (Roseville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 6. Rio Linda will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 81-69 non-league win over Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA).
