Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers (Tracy, MN), 66-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sleepy Eye upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Indians host Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Panthers play the Renville County West Jaguars (Renville, MN) in a A Section 3 bout, on Friday, December 8. Tracy-Milroy-Balaton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
