Louisiana High School Basketball - Westminster Academy crushes St. John

Westminster Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. John Eagles (Plaquemine, LA), 71-14 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Westminster Academy upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-1.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Istrouma Indians (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. St. John will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 66-55 non-league loss to Northeast (Pride, LA).
