In Saturday's non-league outing, the North Zulch Bulldogs (North Zulch, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Alpha Omega Academy Lions (Huntsville, TX), by a count of 37-29.
The Bulldogs (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX). The Lions go into the 1A Region IV District 29 outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Fayetteville was topped by Flatonia (Flatonia, TX), 45-23, in a non-league outing.
