The Hopkins County Central Storm basketball team (Madisonville, KY), was overwhelmed 65-23 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY)

The Chargers now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitefield Academy for a District 24 battle on Tuesday, December 5. Bullitt East will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 42-36 non-league win over Graves County (Mayfield, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-0.

The Storm (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against McLean County (Calhoun, KY). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, McLean County was overwhelmed by Todd County Central (Elkton, KY), 59-48, in a non-league battle.
