Illinois High School Basketball - Calvary Christian Academy overwhelmed by Lexington

The Lexington Minutemen basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Calvary Christian Academy Knights to 25 in the Minutemen non-league victory on Saturday.
The Minutemen now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eureka for a Heart Of Illinois contest on Monday, December 4. Lexington will battle a Hornets team coming off a 50-32 non-league loss to Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 3-4.
The Knights (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Academy (Champaign, IL). The Owls come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Academy was routed by Heritage (Broadlands, IL), 31-24, in a non-league contest.
