In Saturday's non-league outing, the Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) basketball squad edged the host Seton Conquistadors (Manassas, VA), by a count of 36-35.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Margaret's (Tappahannock, VA). The Scotties enter the LIS game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, St. Margaret's tipped Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA), 58-39, in a non-league game.
With the defeat, Seton moves to 1-2 on the year. The Conquistadors travel to Madeira (McLean, VA) to face the Snails in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 5. The Snails enter the game with a record of 0-0.
