Creswell Bulldogs (Creswell, OR) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lakeview Honkers (Lakeview, OR), 50-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Creswell upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Western Christian (Salem, OR) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 4. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Western Christian won 61-18 in their recent non-league bout against Stanfield (Stanfield, OR)

Next up, the Honkers play the Crane Mustangs (Crane, OR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Lakeview will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
