The Buccaneers now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hardin for a 3A Region III District 22 battle on Tuesday, December 5. East Chambers will confront a Hornets team coming off a 53-25 non-league win over New Waverly (New Waverly, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 5-3.

The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Rusk (New London, TX). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record.
