Texas High School Basketball - East View knocked off by Temple

The Temple Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting East View Patriots to 35 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bryan for a 6A Region II District 12 contest on Friday, December 8. Temple will meet a Vikings team coming off a 74-30 non-league win over Klein Cain (Houston, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 12-2.
The Patriots (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Georgetown (Georgetown, TX). The Eagles enter the 5A Region III District 23 contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Georgetown was outscored by Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX), 44-38, in a non-league contest.
