Eula Pirates (Clyde, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Throckmorton Greyhounds (Throckmorton, TX), 60-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eula upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Pirates host Hawley (Hawley, TX) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Hawley lost 33-24 in their recent non-league bout against Blackwell (Blackwell, TX)

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Albany Lions (Albany, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Throckmorton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-1 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 59-21 non-league loss to Eula (Clyde, TX).
