The Kewanee Boilermakers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Stark County Rebels to 16 in the Boilermakers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Boilermakers now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morrison for a non-league contest on Monday, December 4. Kewanee will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 46-39 league loss to Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-4.

The Rebels (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Knoxville (Knoxville, IL). The Blue Bullets come into the Lincoln Trail contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Knoxville triumphed over Monmouth United (Monmouth, IL), 44-36, in a league contest.
