    The Lawrence Central Bears basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Ryle Raiders to 33 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.

    The Bears now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Lawrence Central will battle a Flashes team coming off a 57-51 league win over Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN). The Flashes record now stands at 3-3.

    The Raiders (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Maroons come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.
