The Making Waves Academy Marlins basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Pescadero Vikings to 20 in the Marlins non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Marlins now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Athenian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Making Waves Academy will battle a Owls team coming off a 29-26 non-league win over Holy Names (Oakland, CA). The Owls record now stands at 1-1.

The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eastside College Prep (East Palo Alto, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record.
