The Powers Cruisers basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Mapleton Sailors to 32 in the Cruisers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cruisers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pacific for a 1A Skyline contest on Friday, December 8.

The Sailors (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lowell (Lowell, OR). The Devils enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Lowell nudged Alsea (Alsea, OR), 53-14, in a non-league contest.
