Nevada High School Basketball - Pershing County trounces Smith Valley

December 2, 2023: Lovelock, NV 89419

The Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) basketball crushed the visiting Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV), 51-27 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Coleville (Coleville, CA). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Coleville was trounced by Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV), 42-38, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Union for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. Smith Valley will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 49-30 non-league loss to Coleville (Coleville, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 0-2.
