In Saturday's non-league match, the host Shelby-Rising City Huskies basketball team scored a good 43-33 triumph over the Twin River Titans.

In their next game, the Huskies meet the Cedar Bluffs Wildcats (Cedar Bluffs, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 8. Shelby-Rising City will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.

With the defeat, Twin River moves to 1-1 on the year. The Titans host Lutheran-Northeast (Norfolk, NE) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 5.
