The Berkshire School Bears (Sheffield, MA) ice hockey nipped the host Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT), 4-3 in Saturday's league battle.
The Bears now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Canterbury School for a battle on Monday, December 4. Berkshire School will play a Saints team coming off a 4-1 league win over Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT). The Saints record now stands at 1-1.
The Big Red (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT). The Beavers come into the battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Avon Old Farms nipped Hill School (Pottstown, PA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
