Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Waite Indians (Toledo, OH), 47-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southview upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Indians play the Emmanuel Christian Warriors (Toledo, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Waite will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
