The Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Northern Lebanon Vikings to 51 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Monday.

The Hurricanes now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Nativity BVM for a Schuylkill County 2 game on Thursday, December 5. Schuylkill Haven will confront a Green Wave team coming off a 90-32 non-league loss to Riverside (Taylor, PA). The Green Wave record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Northern Lebanon falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 4. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 0-1. Upper Dauphin Area lost 42-40 in their recent non-league game against Pine Grove (Pine Grove, PA)
