The Academy of the Sacred Heart Cardinals basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting West Jefferson Buccaneers to 13 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cardinals now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Scholastica for a non-league game on Friday, December 6.

With the loss, West Jefferson falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to King Charter (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Jaguar in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Jaguar go into the game with a record of 0-4. King Charter lost 57-17 in their recent league game against St. Katharine Drexel (New Orleans, LA)
