Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Highlands can't get by Armstrong

The Highlands Golden Rams basketball squad (Natrona Heights, PA), was nudged 37-31 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Armstrong River Hawks (Kittanning, PA)

With the victory, Armstrong advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The River Hawks travel to Altoona (Altoona, PA) to meet the Mountain Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Mountain Lions enter the battle with a record of 2-1.

The Golden Rams now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 4. Highlands will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 47-29 non-league win over Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-0.
