In Monday's non-league contest, the host Earle Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 82-35 triumph over the Gosnell Pirates.

The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against KIPP Blytheville (Blytheville, AR). The Thunder go into the 1A Region 3 contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, KIPP Blytheville smashed Armorel (Armorel, AR), 31-17, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Pirates confront the Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Gosnell will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Pocahontas (Pocahontas, AR).
