Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mars routs Franklin Regional

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Mars Fightin' Planets basketball team scored a big 47-17 triumph over the Franklin Regional Panthers.

The Fightin' Planets (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Black Hawks go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 1 contest, on Wednesday, December 4. Franklin Regional will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Little Indians go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 38-12 non-league win over Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA).
