The Logan Chieftains basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Jackson Ironman/Ironladies to 42 in the Chieftains non-league triumph on Monday.

The Chieftains now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Teays Valley for a Freelance game on Tuesday, December 3. Logan will play a Vikings team coming off a 40-31 non-league loss to Hilliard Bradley (Hilliard, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Jackson falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Ironman/ironladies travel to Miami Trace (Washington Court House, OH) to play the Panthers in a South Central Ohio game on Wednesday, December 4. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-2.
