The American Youth Academy Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Patel Trailblazers to 47 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15.

With the loss, Patel falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Trailblazers travel to Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL) to confront the Terrapins in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Terrapins go into the game with a record of 2-0. Tampa Prep won 64-36 in their recent non-league game against Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL)
