The Hillside Hornets basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Mount Zion Christian Academy Mighty Warriors to 45 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Monday.

The Hornets now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Panther Creek for a non-league game on Friday, December 6.

With the loss, Mount Zion Christian Academy falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mighty warriors travel to Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Kings in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. The Kings go into the game with a record of 2-2. Victory Christian Center won 45-41 in their recent non-league game against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC)
