The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Adrian Maples (Adrian, MI) and the visiting Bedford Kicking Mules (Temperance, MI), witnessed Adrian's basketball squad run past Bedford by a count of 60-50.

With the victory, Adrian advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Maples travel to Madison (Adrian, MI) to meet the Trojans in a non-league battle on Friday, December 5. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 0-1. Madison lost 65-53 in their recent non-league battle against Northwest (Jackson, MI)

The Kicking Mules now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverview for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 4. Bedford will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 57-49 non-league win over Fordson (Dearborn, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
