Alabama High School Basketball - Homewood sneaks past Midfield

The Homewood Patriots basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Midfield Patriots to 54 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain Brook for a non-league test on Friday, December 5. Homewood will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 54-48 non-league loss to Pelham (Pelham, AL). The Spartans record now stands at 7-1.

The Patriots (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Wenonah (Birmingham, AL). The Dragons come into the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Wenonah held off Bessemer City (Bessemer, AL), 86-53, in a non-league test.
