    The Marshall Academy Griffons (Marshall, MI) basketball crushed the host Tekonsha Indians (Tekonsha, MI), 79-13 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

    The Griffons now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Calhoun Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. Marshall Academy will play a Cougars team coming off a 54-43 non-league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.

    With the loss, Tekonsha falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Will Carleton Academy (Hillsdale, MI) to play the Cougars in a non-league test on Friday, December 5. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-0.
