Mount Sinai Mustangs (Mount Sinai, NY) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host William Floyd Colonials (Mastic Beach, NY), 74-69 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mount Sinai advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Mustangs travel to North Babylon (North Babylon, NY) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 0-0.
The Colonials now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Islip for a non-league match on Friday, December 12.
