Glendale Falcons (Springfield, MO) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Marionville Comets (Marionville, MO), 46-44 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Glendale betters its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, MO) to battle the Mountaineers in a non-league contest on Monday, December 8. The Mountaineers go into the contest with a record of 0-1. Mt. Vernon lost 71-29 in their recent non-league contest against Hillcrest (Springfield, MO)
