Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA), 72-71 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rabun County upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Commerce (Commerce, GA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Commerce lost 58-47 in their recent league bout against Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA)
Next up, the play the Monroe Area Hurricanes (Monroe, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 21. Cherokee Bluff will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 63-48 non-league win over Alcovy (Covington, GA).
