The Acton-Boxborough Colonials basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Wayland Warriors to 44 in the Colonials non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Colonials now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wellesley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 27. Acton-Boxborough will battle a Raiders team coming off a 50-43 league win over Braintree (Braintree, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
The Warriors (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Holbrook (Holbrook, MA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Holbrook triumphed over Diman RVT (Fall River, MA), 75-58, in a non-league contest.
