Anderson Titans (Southgate, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI), 58-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Anderson upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI) to play the Jaguars in a Downriver bout on Thursday, December 22. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Allen Park won 46-35 in their recent league bout against Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI)

Next up, the Monarchs play the Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Cabrini will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Red Devils come into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 56-48 league loss to Riverview (Riverview, MI).
