Arcanum Trojans (Arcanum, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks (Union City, OH), 57-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Arcanum upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Waynesville (Waynesville, OH) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 23. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Waynesville won 41-39 in their recent league bout against Franklin (Franklin, OH)

Next up, the Blackhawks play the Fairlawn Jets (Sidney, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Mississinawa Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
