With the victory, Pilgrim Academy improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Gloucester County Christian (Sewell, NJ) to play the Conquerors in a Tri-State Christian challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Conquerors come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Gloucester County Christian won 55-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Upper Bucks Christian (Sellerville, PA)

Next up, the Chiefs play the Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Buena will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 83-26 non-league loss to Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ).
