Cabot Panthers (Cabot, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Clinton Yellowjackets (Clinton, AR), 83-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cabot upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Panthers host Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Nettleton won 68-51 in their recent non-league bout against Mountain Home (Mountain Home, AR)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Pulaski Academy Bruins (Little Rock, AR) in a 4A Region 5 match, on Saturday, January 7. Clinton will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record.
