The Lenape Indians (Medford, NJ) basketball knocked off the host Cherry Hill West Lions (Cherry Hill, NJ), 61-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Indians (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Cherokee (Marlton, NJ). The Chiefs go into the Freelance test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Cherokee went down by Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ), 61-52, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Moorestown for a non-league test on Thursday, December 22. Cherry Hill West will encounter a Quakers squad coming off a 53-48 league win over Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ). The Quakers record now stands at 1-1.
