The Lavaca Golden Arrows basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Greenland Pirates to 38 in the Golden Arrows non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Arrows now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elkins for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Lavaca will battle a Elks team coming off a 65-47 league loss to Bergman (Bergman, AR). The Elks record now stands at 4-5.
The Pirates (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cotter (Cotter, AR). The Warriors enter the 2A Region 1 contest with a 5-7 record.
