Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA), 78-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lambert upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Longhorns host Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Mountain View won 76-72 in their recent non-league bout against Shiloh (Snellville, GA)

Next up, the Dragons play the Cumberland County Jets (Crossville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Jets go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 53-43 non-league loss to Apostolic Christian (Knoxville, TN).
