With the win, Keene upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Chargers host Grandview (Grandview, TX) to clash with the Zebras in a 3A Region III District 17 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Zebras go into the bout with a record of 10-7.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Coolidge Yellowjackets (Coolidge, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 26 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 0-8 record after their 46-10 non-league loss to Rice (Rice, TX).
