St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI), 59-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Johns upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Redwings host Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Swartz Creek lost 72-37 in their recent league bout against Fenton (Fenton, MI)

Next up, the Trojans play the Durand Railroaders (Durand, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Owosso will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
