Ohio High School Basketball - Spring Valley topples South Point

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV) basketball squad beat the host South Point Pointers (South Point, OH), by a count of 63-51.

The Timberwolves (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Tug Valley (Williamson, WV). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Tug Valley defeated Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV), 71-48, in a league outing.

The Pointers now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 22. South Point will clash with a Ironman/Ironladies squad coming off a 49-42 league win over Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Ironman/Ironladies record now stands at 3-3.
