The Chico Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Rio Linda Knights to 11 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shasta for a contest on Thursday, January 5.

The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA). The Rams enter the contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Casa Roble triumphed over Sutter (Sutter, CA), 38-34, in a non-league contest.
