Itasca Wampus Cats (Itasca, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Milford Bulldogs (Milford, TX), 62-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Itasca upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Wampus Cats travel to Snook (Snook, TX) to clash with the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Snook lost 41-30 in their recent non-league bout against Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Maypearl Panthers (Maypearl, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record.
