Sand Rock Wildcats (Leesburg, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Talladega County Central Fighting Tigers (Talladega, AL), 74-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sand Rock upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Van Buren County (Spencer, TN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Van Buren County lost 72-41 in their recent non-league bout against White County (Sparta, TN)

Next up, the Fighting Tigers play the Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Talladega County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 37-18 non-league loss to Childersburg (Childersburg, AL).
