Washington High School Basketball - Bellingham ripped by Meadowdale

The Meadowdale Mavericks basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Bellingham Bayhawks to 48 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mavericks now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Interlake for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Meadowdale will meet a Saints team coming off a 67-49 league loss to Bellevue (Bellevue, WA). The Saints record now stands at 3-3.
The Bayhawks (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Golden Eagles enter the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Ferndale was routed by North Creek (Bothell, WA), 74-48, in a non-league contest.
