The Mount Vernon Knights basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Clarkstown South Vikings to 32 in the Knights non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Knights now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22.

The Vikings (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Nanuet (Nanuet, NY). The Golden Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Nanuet was defeated by Clarkstown North (New City, NY), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
