Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY) and the host West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY), saw Estill County's basketball squad wallop West Carter by a tally of 66-38.
With the victory, Estill County improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Engineers travel to Berea (Berea, KY) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.
Next up, the Comets confront the Phelps Hornets (Phelps, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. West Carter will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
